Tom Orlando began his real estate career with Housing Helpers in 2002. He worked in the Boulder office for 12 years before deciding to take the leap and purchase the Denver operation in May of 2014. After building the brand in the Denver metro area for a couple of years, Tom decided to take the corporate housing division national. Currently we have properties all over the United States. In August of 2021 Tom was able to successfully buy the Boulder operation.

Tom has been fortunate enough to represent many residents with their purchase and sale of their homes in Colorado. He prides himself on exceptional customer service and in depth knowledge of homes.

Tom is also a member of many community organizations including Past president of the Broomfield Chamber, past chairman of the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association and is currently president of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council.

Tom loves being in the full service relocation industry. Specializing in home sales, rentals, management, as well as corporate housing is beyond exciting for Tom.

Tom has 3 children, Jasmine, Cash, and Cruz. They live in the Anthem neighborhood in Broomfield and absolutely love it there. He lives with his girlfriend, Heidi, and she has 3 children as well. While the house can be chaotic at times, the families have blended very well together and the laughs are endless.
